To begin, I created a background using JMC Designs Spade, Diamond, Heart and Club stencils by blending the correct colour from on the stencil on to the page. I then went round the edge of the page using the Sprinkle Suite stencil with candied apple distress oxide. I then used the Random Script with black soot distress oxide to add some text to the page.
Next, I coloured the Snip Art Card Suits Decors with red and black sharpies.I then stamped and cut out the large heart, from Tracy Evans Quirky Burds stamp set, using seedless preserve and villainous potion distress oxide ink. I then cut them out.
I chose three clocks and two sentiments from the AALL & Create ephemera packs.
Next, I used distress collage medium to glue the Mad Hatter image from the Cheshire Collage Paper from Natalie May Scrapbooking and cut it out.
Finally, I assembled all the pieces on the page. To finish the page I added some of the small double heart stamp, from the Quirky Birds stamp set using the same inks as used for the bigger single heart.
