Three Little Birds

Hi everyone one today I'm sharing a step by step guide to creating this art journal page in my 12 x 6 landscape Pink Pig sketch book.

To begin, I blended picked raspberry,  fossilised amber  and seedless preserve distress oxide through one of the Art by Marlene playful frames stencils leaving the central area free from ink. Next I blended hickory smoke distress oxide through part of  the dancing lines mask.

Next, I used fossilized amber distress oxide to stamp the text stamp, from the perfect textures stamp set, over the background. 

Then, using picked raspberry distress oxide I stamped the hearts from the perfect textures stamp set.

To finish the background, I used seedless preserve distress oxide to stamp the circle stamp from the same stamp set. 

On separate card, I stamped three of the Marlene's Birds. I coloured them with my ecoline pens and a wet paintbrush  and then cut them out.

I added them to the page using pva glue.

Finally I added one of Clarity Stamps Words Stickers by Leonie Pujol to the page.
