If nothing ever changed

Good morning sharing a card made using Bert and Gerts Believe you can fly stamp set.

I created the background by brayering blue and yellow ink onto a piece of white card. I then randomly stamped the paint splats from Chocolate Baroque's Butterfly mind stamp set using the blue ink. 

I stamped the sentiment directly onto the background.

I stamped the image on a seperate piece of white card, coloured with polychromos pencils and fussy cut it out. I then glued it to the background using glue gel. This was then mounted on black and then glued to a card blank.
